Hearts Together: A Community Evening for Peace and Connection

Hearts Together is a special evening of movement, meditation, sound, and sharing—created to foster peace, connection, and healing during uncertain times. Originally intended for the Persian community, this gathering is now open to all who seek community and compassion. Half of the ticket proceeds will support Hamian Charity, building schools in underserved areas of Iran. Come as you are—everyone is welcome. ❤️

An energizing early morning class designed to awaken your body and center your mind before the day begins. Expect intentional movement, breath-led flow, and grounding moments of stillness.
Rise & Flow 1 is beginner-friendly, offering a supportive pace with accessible transitions.
Rise & Flow 2 builds on foundational movements with a stronger tempo and creative sequencing for intermediate students.

Join Alessia and Lilly for a journey to reconnect with your true voice through mindful vocal exercises, gentle yoga, and meditation. Explore sound, sing healing songs with live guitar and drums, and enjoy a warm circle with tea and treats. Open to all, this workshop is a safe space to express and discover your unique voice.
