Frequently asked questions

  • I don’t have a flexible body, can I do yoga?
    You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start practicing yoga. The more you practice, the more improvement you will notice with each session. We offer a variety of classes throughout the week. Check our schedule for more information!
  • What should I bring to class?
    We recommend stretchy clothing that you are comfortable in, a water bottle, and a yoga mat.
  • When do I need to be in the studio for each class?
    Please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your class.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be done 5 hours prior to the scheduled class start time and bookings can be done up to the start time of every class. Any cancellations made within the 5-hour window are considered late cancelation and will result in a class credit deduction.
  • Do I need to sign up for each class even if I have a package?
    Yes, you need to sign up for each class through the schedule and just make to sure to log in.
  • I am working through an injury. What should I do to practice safely?
    Please speak with your instructor before class begins—they will offer specific modifications. Please make sure to fill out the liability form
  • How far in advance can I register for a class?
    You can register for a class up to the class start time.
  • Can I do yoga during pregnantcy
    We do not accept pregnant women in our studio since we don’t offer specific classes for pregnancy. We recommend finding a pre-natal or pregnancy-appropriate yoga class and joining us after the baby is born!
  • Can I share my package with my friends/family?
    Studio memberships may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
  • Do you offer private yoga classes?
    We do! Enjoy a private class by yourself, we have different packages and rates for private classes. For more information, please check Private Class page on the website.
