Igal is a Registered Massage Therapist, Medical Acupuncture Practitioner, Yoga student and teacher, and Sound Therapy Facilitator. With a decade of experience in the rehabilitation healthcare field, Igal began practicing yoga as a self-care modality. His deep knowledge of the human body, combined with a strong curiosity about the spiritual dimensions of yoga, has led him on a transformative journey of learning that he now shares with his clients and students.
 
Igal completed his yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. His teaching style is a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic yogic insights, delivered with passion and care.

"My priority is on endurance, strength, and power, with smooth, free breathing and mindful attention to form, alignment, and comfort in the present moment. When my life felt stagnant, a friend suggested I try handstands. Through nightly practice, my balance and focus improved, which translated into a more dynamic and successful approach to daily life.

At 20, I began exploring yoga on my own, delving into various styles, and eventually earned my Hatha Yoga certification in Mysore, India. I find great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and feel deeply fulfilled when I see people tailoring their practice to their daily abilities and sensations. My goal is to help them listen to their bodies and move forward with greater awareness and balance."

My fascination with the human body and its potential led me to focus my education on kinesiology and physical rehabilitation. My path eventually brought me to yoga, which reinforced my belief in the healing power of movement. After completing my Yoga Teacher Training, I further deepened my practice by completing Mindfulness Meditation Training, which has enriched my teaching approach.
 
In my classes, I bring a deep commitment to mindfulness, creating a space where students can connect with their inner selves. I emphasize the importance of breath as a powerful tool to anchor awareness, allowing each movement to become a meditation in motion. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey within.
