“I believe that each person is responsible for creating the life they truly desire, and what we see outside of us is merely a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. I have had a personal practice since 2014 and the practice has evolved in many ways over the years helping me understand the different dimensions of my own mind allowing me to understand others and help them in their journey of personal development.”

Gledis
Gledis began her yoga journey in 2013 as part of a personal healing path, quickly discovering a deep connection to breath and body that evolved into a lifelong practice. She completed her 250-hour teacher training in Toronto and later completed a 300-hour advanced training in Yin and Meridian Yoga Therapy through The Science of Self in New York.
She now teaches Meridian Yoga and Pranayama, rooted in the traditional foundations of yoga. A dedicated traditionalist, Gledis emphasizes breath, awareness, and the subtle body, guiding students to move with intention and reconnect with themselves. Her teaching is heart-led, grounded, and invites a return to presence both on and off the mat.
