8-Week Ashtanga Series
Saturdays | 10:00–11:30 AM
April 11 – June 6, 2026 (no class May 16)

This 8-week Introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series is offered as one complete, progressive program designed to support consistency, strength, and embodied learning. Students move slowly and intentionally through the sequence, building familiarity with breath, alignment, transitions, and mindful repetition.
The series includes foundational and more challenging postures—such as Crow, Wheel, and Headstand—all taught with clear options and modifications so each practitioner can progress safely at their own pace. Video resources are provided to support home practice between sessions, and students are encouraged to practice beyond the weekly class for best results.
All levels are welcome, though a basic yoga foundation is recommended due to the physical demands of the practice.
