Introduction to Ashtanga - Primary Series (Part 1)

Discover the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series in this 4-week program. We’ll break down each pose with focus on breath, alignment, and smooth transitions, offering modifications for all levels.
The Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa, or “Yoga Therapy”) builds strength, flexibility, focus, and breath awareness. In Part 1, you’ll learn Sun Salutations (A & B), the standing sequence, and seated postures up to Navasana (Boat Pose). A yoga foundation is recommended.
Part 2 runs October 11 – November 1 to complete the series.
