Overview:

Intermediate Yoga 5-Week Series is for those with at least two months of experience or who have completed our Beginner Programs. Building on what we learned in the beginner programs, this series introduces more poses that require balance, strength, and flexibility, along with breathing techniques, transitions, and alignment. Longer pauses in poses will help build endurance, and it’s important to practice 2–3 times per week while taking this program.
