Beginner 5-Week Series (1) April

Designed for beginners or those refreshing their yoga basics, this series builds confidence through breath integration, pose alignment, and essential yoga postures. Students are encouraged to practice at home twice weekly and will receive emails with class summaries, a self-practice video, and key terminology to deepen their understanding. This series provides the tools and support needed for a strong, lifelong yoga practice.
