Join us on June 22nd at 5am for "Sunrise Harmony: International Yoga Day Celebration" at Sunnybrook Park in North York. Enjoy a stunning sunrise and peaceful natural setting while we honor International Yoga Day with mindful movement, yoga asanas, and invigorating breathing exercises.

Our session includes live music by talented musician Vlad, enhancing the experience with his instrumental melodies. The event will conclude with a voice activation circle, offering a safe space for self-expression. Feel free to bring any instruments if you're inspired to play afterward.

 

What to bring:

1. Yoga mat

2. Blanket to cover yourself in the beginning and during savasana

3. Warm beverage to enjoy after the session

I plan to bring some light snacks for everyone and will finalize this once I know how many people sign up. After you register, you will receive the details via email a few days before the event. You will find us in the grass area in front of the parking.
