Build Your Own Practice

The 5-Week Build Your Own Practice program runs every Wednesday from November 1st to 29th.

Session Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Level: Open to all levels, but a basic understanding of yoga is recommended.
Capacity: Limited to 15 Participants


  • Regular Price: $320 (From October 21st – November 1st)

  • Early-Bird Discount: $288 (10% off the regular price) - Available from October 12th – 20th

This program is designed for you if:

  • You plan on attending all five sessions, arriving 10 minutes early and staying until the end. Exceptions apply if you can't make it to a session, and support will be provided for missed sessions.

  • You've tried various methods to establish a routine practice without achieving desired results.

  • You maintain a daily practice but aim to enhance it, adding more variety and specific goals.

  • You want to work on habits and build better ones in your life.

  • You are committed to practicing for 40 minutes daily throughout the program.

This program is not suitable if:

  • You expect it to radically change your life.

  • You are unwilling to commit to daily practice while still expecting results.

  • You take heavy anti-depressant medication (please discuss this with me).

The program focuses on simplifying information, discussing non-productive habits, and addressing elements in our lives that hinder our potential or energy. There won't be technical sequencing classes; instead, your practice will naturally evolve over weeks of home and in-class sessions.

Each session incorporates various activities, including a 30-40 minute guided or self-led practice, writing exercises, sharing, and Q&A sessions for any queries from the previous week. Throughout the program, you'll be part of a WhatsApp group for weekly check-ins, providing optional but highly encouraged support. Listening to others and sharing when you feel compelled contributes significantly to your growth.
