Schedule: Every Monday from 7-8 PM

Crafted for individuals stepping onto the yoga path for the first time or seeking to refresh their understanding of the basics. Upon finishing this series, you'll grasp the essential foundations, empowering you to seamlessly navigate through our diverse class offerings.

What You Will Learn:

  1. Breath Integration with Movement: Learn how to integrate your breath with movement, enhancing both your yoga practice and daily life.

  2. Pose Alignment: Understand the correct alignments, how each pose should feel, look, and the key to performing them safely and effectively.

  3. Key Yoga Poses: Master essential yoga poses with detailed guidance, setting a solid foundation for your practice.

 

The program encourages students to practice independently at home two more times during the week for maximum results. Each week, you will receive emails filled with informative tips about the poses and practical yoga terminology used in classes, boosting your confidence in the yoga community. The emails will also include self-practice tips and suggestions to ensure your journey is smooth and enjoyable.
