Discover the second half of the Ashtanga Primary Series in this 4-week program. We’ll break down each pose with focus on breath, alignment, and smooth transitions, offering modifications for all levels.
The Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa, or “Yoga Therapy”) builds strength, flexibility, focus, and breath awareness. In Part 2, you’ll focus on deeper hip openers, arm balances, and forward folds to build strength, mobility, and concentration. Each session ends with the traditional finishing sequence of backbends, inversions, and relaxation to leave you grounded and balanced.
