Join us for an invigorating 1.5-hour yoga workshop focused on mastering backbends and perfecting the technique of dropping back into Wheel Pose from a standing backbend. This workshop is designed for students who have been practicing backbends for some time and are ready to take their practice to the next level.
There will be a step-by-step guidance on how to drop back from a standing backbend into Wheel Pose and return to standing, focusing on alignment, breath control, and mental focus.
This workshop is recommended for students who have been practicing backbends and are comfortable with foundational poses like Bridge Pose and Wheel Pose. Be prepared for a bit of a challenge, but rest assured, the class will be fun and rewarding!
